How many guests can Breez Villa accommodate?
Our spacious Breez Villa can comfortably host up to 10 guests plus a baby. With 5 beautifully designed bedrooms and ample living space, everyone in your group will have room to relax and enjoy.

Do you allow service animals?
Yes. We welcome guests traveling with service animals in compliance with applicable laws. A service animal is individually trained to perform tasks related to a person’s disability and is not considered a pet.
For the comfort of all guests, pets and emotional support animals are not permitted. Please let us know in advance if a service animal will accompany your stay so we can prepare the home accordingly.

Are pets allowed at Breez Villa?
Unfortunately, no. While we love animals, we do not allow pets at Breez Villa to ensure a comfortable, allergy-free environment for all our guests.

How many bedrooms and bathrooms are in Breez Villa?
Breez Villa boasts 5 luxurious bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Each room is thoughtfully furnished to provide maximum comfort during your stay.

What amenities does the game room have?
Our game room is packed with fun! It includes a pool table, arcade games, smart tv and a selection of board games. It's the perfect spot for family-friendly competition or just unwinding after a day at the parks.

Does Breez Villa have a private pool?
Yes! Breez Villa features a private pool for your exclusive use. Whether you want to swim a few laps or just lounge by the water, our pool area is perfect for relaxation.

Is pool heating available, and how much does it cost?
Pool heating is available year-round and is free for new bookings on or after 29-October-2025.

Do you offer a military discount?
Yes, we offer a 5% discount as a small token of appreciation for active-duty military members, veterans, and their immediate families.
Please mention your eligibility when booking and provide a valid military ID to apply the discount.

Where is Breez Villa located?
Breez Villa is located in Solterra Resort, a gated vacation community in Davenport, Florida—just 12 miles from Walt Disney World. The resort offers a peaceful retreat with easy access to Orlando’s top attractions, including theme parks, golf courses, shopping, and dining.

What is the payment policy?
To secure your reservation, we require a 20% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days before your arrival.
If the arrival date is within 60 days from the day of booking, 100% payment is due at the time of booking.

What if I need to change my travel dates?
We understand that plans can change! If you need to adjust your dates, you can do so by contacting us at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival. We’ll do our best to accommodate your new dates based on availability.
