How many guests can Breez Villa accommodate?
Up to 10 guests plus a baby, across 5 bedrooms.
Are pets allowed?
No pets, to keep an allergy-free environment. Service animals are welcome with notice.
How many bedrooms and bathrooms does the villa have?
5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms.
What does the game room have?
Pool table, arcade games, smart TV, and board games for family entertainment.
Is there a private pool?
Yes, a private heated pool for exclusive guest use.
Is pool heating available and what is the cost?
Pool heating is available year-round. Heat is $25/night and must be requested pre-arrival.
What is your payment policy?
20% deposit at booking. Balance due 60 days before arrival. 100% due if booking within 60 days.
How can I change my travel dates?
Contact at least 30 days before arrival. Changes are accommodated based on availability.
